Bootcamp training is a fun outdoor fitness training program in a disciplined, and supportive environment combining cardiovascular interval training with bodyweight exercises including pushups, burpees, squat thrusts, abdominal exercises, and more delights that are guarenteed to push your fitness levels.
This class is designed so that it can be accessed by anyone regardless of fitness level.
The class lasts for 45mins but when you come along for the first time please arrive 5-10mins early to fill out a form and let me introduce myself.
Classes are every Wednesday evening at Leith Links and start at 6.15pm
You should wear suitable trainers and dress for the weather.
When coming along to participate in the class you should be free of injury. Males and females of all abilities are welcome and everyone will go home challenged. No one will ever be left behind or asked to do something they are not capable of.
Each session is £4.
