Boxing
 
Boxing is a great way to train - it has you buring off the calories and having fun doing it!
Sparring will raise your heart rate for effective fat burning and is a whole body workout which means toned arms and legs!
Boxing will keep you on your toes working your legs and bum, twisting and turning as you punch will cork your core and the arms will get a great workout as you jab and punch your way through your workout
 
 
 
TRX
 
TRX is a new relatively new way of training. It uses your own body weight as resistance and there is no end to the exercises that can be performed using this unique kit.
 
 
 
Kettlebells
 
Kettlebells are fast becoming the top resistance exercise for fat burning - these dynamic exercise melt the fat away.


The swing

The swing is the foundation exercise which is needed for many other kettlebell drills. The swing teaches the fundamental of the hip thrust.

The swing is a stand alone exercise that maximises muscular endurance in the lower back, helping to prevent lower back injuries and burns fat.
