Boxing
Boxing is a great way to train - it has you buring of the calories and having fun doing it!
Sparring will raise your heart rate for effective fat burning and is a whole body workout which means toned arms and legs!
Boxing will keep you on your toes working your legs and bum, twisting and turing as you punch will cork your core and the arms will get a great workout as you jab and punch your way through your workout
Kettlebells
Kettlebells are fast becoming the top resistance exercise for fat burning - these dynamic exercise melt the fat away.
The swing
The swing is the foundation exercise which is needed for many other kettlebell drills. The swing teaches the fundamental of the hip thrust.
The swing is a stand alone exercise that maximises muscular endurance in the lower back, helping to prevent lower back injuries and burns fat.
The swing action
Standing with the kettlebell positioned between your leg and about a foot out in front
Sit back and hold the handle with both hands
Keep weight on heels, pass the kettlebell between legs, close to groin
Drive hips forward and start the swinging action
Project the bell from hips (hip thrust)
